The Proposed Interior for GENSOL office at 31Five, Prahladnagar, Ahmedabad. It consists of Conference room, Workstations, Storage & printing area, Lounge & Waiting area and outdoor seating area with green space.

This Residential Scheme is proposed at Endla, Mandal. The entire development scheme has a spectrum of residences starting from 2BHK to 7BHK. It also consists of enclosed amenities such as Gym and Indoor Games area as well as open Swimming Pool for the residents of the scheme. It also has adequate green open spaces throughout the site. The green and built spaces are thought of and balanced in the entire design.

The proposed project at Surat has it’s office area on the upper floors with an elaborated entrance gate in front and a self-shaded canteen and parking area.

This office building consists of 4 floors, This office building unlike the other offices has a accessible layered landscape courtyard in the center facing the front which is completely lush green, which also helps in shading the parking area and also helps in keeping the overall environment in and around building cool. The courtyard is covered with huge concrete screen wall which adds on to the aesthetic value of overall building.

Keeping in mind all the climatic factors, the overall building layout has been simplified enough to create less chaos while bringing more of green in working environment and also there is an interplay of light and shadows as well.

The concept of the development of CBD was to build a powerful cultural presence expressed in dynamic volumes sculpted to project a fluid and transparent public dialogue with the cultural, commercial and residential surroundings whilst communicating the various inner forces intrinsic to the theatre and office buildings. This composition creates a dynamic urban gathering place and icon mirroring the joy and drama add a character to Dahej.

The building fabric is such that pathways and views may be enjoyed by all. The rich pattern of public and private spaces we see in the plan can be achieved through the subtle differentiation of levels, promoting an easy balance between the needs of privacy and the pleasures of community life. The retail shops, hotel, restaurant are placed on the road side edge, which needs the frontage. The offices, convention center and banquet hall placed in a same pocket to make that corporate area. Basic distribution is under commercial zone, recreational zone, private zone, residential zone, etc.

The design has been created to achieve an inspiring environment for the school. The responsiveness to climate, social usage of space, sustainability and reusability of materials are primary concern to create the school as a whole. The use of clay pots, waste bamboo, wall installations are to be used to make a creative environment in various activity areas.

The courtyard typology has allowed the building to create a two nature of space: the inside and outside. The pedestrian movement in the building is constantly interacting with the internal courtyard. Clearly defined services areas and vertical circulation has been designed such that it optimizes the circulation and creates the proper linkages in the school.

Landscape and plantation are provided at required location to define pathways, sitting area, garden etc.

The original square and circle motif idea for the plan layout is providing flexible and adjustable to the complexity of the project’s functional intentions.

One of the principle parameters spinning the circle on its axis permitted covering the South West side of the site with a molded design facade giving a good aspect to the main entries into the building and locating the future bulky second phase to the North with good access, avoiding noise, dust and nuisance affecting the ongoing operation of Phase-1. There is a very considerable advantage here, and the resulting plan presented is very conclusive in this configuration.

Another important parameter is the 9 square grid running North-South. Each square being 30 m x 30 m with a theoretical separation of 3 m for a corridor, covered or open air.
