ABOUT PROJECT
The Government is planning to construct various facilities to give a healthy environment to the rural areas of Gujarat. According to Health care delivery in India, the secondary level of health facility by means of Community Health Center will serve 80,000 populations in tribe areas. To provide optimal expert care to the community. To achieve and maintain an acceptable standard of quality of care. To make services more responsive and sensitive to the needs of the community.
Main Functions / Requirements of a Health center are divided into these primary zones
