This Residential Scheme is proposed at Endla, Mandal. The entire development scheme has a spectrum of residences starting from 2BHK to 7BHK. It also consists of enclosed amenities such as Gym and Indoor Games area as well as open Swimming Pool for the residents of the scheme. It also has adequate green open spaces throughout the site. The green and built spaces are thought of and balanced in the entire design.

The proposed residential project has been designed in the manner in which it creates an inspiring environment. The distribution of spaces and zoning of community spaces have been carefully integrated to achieve the character of the resident particular to place and region. The design proposal has been made with the consideration of all modern amenities. The issues related to climate of the Jaipur have been incorporated at various level of design. i.e. well ventilated space, light, cross ventilation etc. The terrace spaces on the top floors overlook the common amenities in the centre of the plot.
